Our company is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations (LNHA) with a strong clinical knowledge base to provide leadership to our facilities. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee multiple Skilled Nursing facilities (5-10) and manage regional staff that consist of Clinical, Staff Development, AR and Business Development.
This position will cover multiple states CA, NM, and Utah.
Qualifications Required
Nursing Home Administrators License (LNHA)
Regional/Multi-Site experience in skilled nursing (SNF)
Interest in the Dallas area and ability to manage each facility within the campus effectively.
Track record of survey improvements, census growth, and staff development
