Role Title: Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Associate, Counsel, or Partner)

Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
Managing the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties.
Handling asset acquisition and general corporate tasks.
Working independently and with minimal supervision.
Day to Day Tasks:
Engaging in complex commercial real estate transactions.
Negotiating and drafting legal documents.
Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff.
Managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law.
Strong law firm experience, preferably in a Big Law environment.
Admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, Florida, Massachusetts, or Washington D.C.
Excellent academic credentials.
Highly motivated with strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
