Prospex Digital is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who will dive deep into data sets to identify actionable insights that drive business decisions and ROI. As an analyst, you will be instrumental in helping drive ad performance and retention. To be successful in this role, you will need to define and produce metrics/dashboards for business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Research and compile information to provide business insight and deliver recommendations for market opportunities.
Work directly with sales, marketing, and technology teams to help identify challenges and opportunities for performance growth.
Create/spearhead special projects for senior management including developing project parameters and methodology, ensuring project quality,
setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring project completion.
Partner with business groups to understand and support the business goals, including qualitative and quantitative research, market segmentation,
and sales data
Conduct customer insight and sales analysis
Condense multiple data points into insightful and clear learnings and implications
Develop and improve robust reporting tools and daily reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business, accounting, finance or statistical discipline
1-3 years of related experience, utilizing statistical analysis to drive business benefit with proven returns
Proven track record in analysis and insight with the ability to explain analytical work in a logical way
Experience in working with data, analysis and interpretation
Strong communication (verbal, written), presentation, and consultative skills
Advanced in MS Excel, SQL, data management and reporting skills
