Assembly is looking for an Executive Search Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, proactive, and organized individual, ideally with experience in sourcing at a top-tier executive search firm. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment in addition to managing a wide variety of search projects across multiple clients and working styles.
This role is based in Austin, TX or New York City, NY.
Assembly Search Analyst will be responsible for partnering with recruiters to execute on high level executive searches.
Responsibilities
● Conduct rigorous market research, utilizing internal and external databases to source and engage potential executive-level candidates
● Assist with search strategy, identifying and attracting prospects, and creating client deliverables
● Manage multiple client engagements and research processes at once; able to manage priorities effectively
● Identify creative solutions to search assignments
● Able to pivot research strategy when needed
● Consistently and proactively communicate and collaborate with recruiters on a search
● Hit annual search targets (KPIs)
● Assist with prospective client meetings by prepping any materials needed
● Maintain accurate data entry and integrity of the data in our database
Qualifications
● Professional work experience in fast paced environments
● Track record of exceeding expectations and returning strong results both personally and academically/professionally
● Written and oral communication skills that are clear, organized, and effective at driving client decision-making
● A strong desire to take on an increasing amount of responsibility
● Professional demeanor; exhibits a positive attitude in work and communication
● Ability to work with a team and independently, adapting to different communication and work styles
● Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills; able to meet all service-level agreements with error-free deliverables
● Self-discipline and skilled at multitasking with ability to manage a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment
