Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate team members.
Prepare and receive incoming and outgoing genetic shipments.
Prepare and ship outgoing packages for synchronization of donors.
Coordinate, pack and prepare daily courier trips for company drivers.
Partake in maintaining frozen semen and embryo inventory.
Follows Trans Ova’s policies and procedures.
Maintains a professional image representative of Trans Ova’s industry position.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Primarily an indoor office environment.
Able to lift 50lbs.
Other Skills/experience
Previous office experience is preferred.
Prior computer experience in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be friendly, dependable, and possess a high degree of professionalism.
Possession of strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience handling frozen genetic material and working with liquid nitrogen strongly preferred.
