Shipping Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate team members.
  • Prepare and receive incoming and outgoing genetic shipments.
  • Prepare and ship outgoing packages for synchronization of donors.
  • Coordinate, pack and prepare daily courier trips for company drivers.
  • Partake in maintaining frozen semen and embryo inventory.
  • Follows Trans Ova’s policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a professional image representative of Trans Ova’s industry position.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Primarily an indoor office environment.

Able to lift 50lbs.

Other Skills/experience

Previous office experience is preferred.

Prior computer experience in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and Outlook.

Must be friendly, dependable, and possess a high degree of professionalism.

Possession of strong organizational and communication skills.

Previous experience handling frozen genetic material and working with liquid nitrogen strongly preferred.
