Responsibilities

  • Possesses a robust background in Channel sales
  • Proven ability to empower channel partner sales and technical teams
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Company’s products
  • Skilled in articulating and describing the Company's products effectively during customer and channel partner presentations, as well as white-boarding sessions
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the competition, including how their products function and the reason they are less efficient and effective compared to INFINIDAT
  • Interactive demonstrations
  • Evaluations and (if required) -> proof-of-concepts –
  • Effectively manage channel partners' expectations and collaborate with Technical Advisors to submit and track enhancements. Work closely with the channel to follow up on customer inquiries.

Requirements

A proven team player with over 5 years of demonstrated success in storage channel sales, equipped with a deep understanding of today’s key business drivers and challenges faced by modern IT organizations.

  • Microsoft Application Ecosystem (SharePoint – Azure etc.;)
  • Databases (Oracle - DB2 - SQL Server etc.;)
  • Virtualization Technologies (VMware, HyperV - AIX - OpenStack –XEN)
  • Storage protocols (Block protocols (Fiber Channel and iSCSI) – NAS - (NFS/CIFS (SMB) - Object (REST/HTTP)- CKD, and FICON
  • Data Protection and Business Continuity solutions (software and infrastructure platforms, such as Virtual Tape Libraries) (VTL)

Holds competitive Knowledge of one, preferably more of the following:

  • EMC, HDS, NetApp, HP, IBM, and other enterprise storage products
  • Major Operating Systems including Windows – Linux – AIX and helpful but not required (Mainframe)

Two years of pre-sales experience AFA vendor, container vendor, virtualization vendor – modern backup vendor in their specific geographic region or vertical market – supporting a quota-carrying team.

Capable of teaching channel partners to engage in executive-level conversations and effectively convey our solution's technical and business advantages to the relevant stakeholders.

Assist partners in bridging internal customer gaps and navigating adversarial disparate groups within customer organizations, facilitating their transition to our outstanding solution.

Demonstrate proactive initiative and foster close collaboration with the partners you work alongside a

Adept at offering insights into competitive products and distinguishing the advantages and disadvantages of various offerings based on real-world experience.

Provide support to Infinidat’s channel partners on crafting and delivering architecture proposals, along with developing and presenting solution briefs that align with company guidelines.

Support Infinidat’s channel partners and/or lead responses to POCs, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs as defined by the customer requirements.

Proficient in utilizing TCO analysis and other ROI tools to financially substantiate proposals – Possesses the expertise to interpret data from performance testing and effectively communicate key findings

Experience working with Business Partners to fulfill solutions and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep technical knowledge, strong channel background, and real-world usage of application and operating system environments and their integration touch points within the enterprise storage industry including but not limited to the list described in the first section of the Required Skills & Experience Section.
