As the Administrative Director of Emergency Services, you'll be the driving force behind this facility's commitment to providing top-tier care. In this role you will have responsibility for both the pediatric and adult ED, overseeing a team of 250 FTEs.

Key Requirements

• Proven Leadership: 3 years of demonstrated success in a leadership role within an acute care hospital setting
• Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance emergency services.
• Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and a commitment to ensuring compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills to optimize resource allocation.
• Education: A BSN and master's degree in related healthcare field are both required for this role.
