Administrative Assistant

Description
8 years of financial services support experience, executive-level support required
Polished and professional in person, phone, and email communications
Experience presenting to and speaking with senior leadership
Significant time management, organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail, ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
Concur or similar experience processing travel and expenses
Exemplary demonstrated work ethic
The Job Role Includes
Scheduling and calendar management
Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Preparing presentations, reports, and documents
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
Managing projects and tasks assigned by the executive
Liaising with internal teams and external partners
Maintaining office operations and organization
Coordinating meetings, events, and appointments
Taking minutes and maintaining records
Providing technical support and troubleshooting
An Executive Assistant Must Possess
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in software applications and technology like WebEx, MS PowerPoint, MS Words, Cisco Telepresence, etc.
Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
The Executive Assistant role is dynamic and demanding, requiring adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to supporting the executive team.
