The Role

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Social Media Manager based in London’s leading hospitality PR agency. We are looking for a social media superstar who can manage campaigns and lead the social media activations across our portfolio of restaurant, bar and hotel clients. You will have an in-depth understanding of the industry and exceptional social media skills. We are looking for a self-motivated confident leader who is passionate about social media, as well as food, is ROI driven and able to deliver consistently strong results across multiple campaigns. 


The key responsibilities will include:

  • Create, schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels, predominantly Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Write and design newsletters using Mail Chimp
  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategies and monthly content plans for clients
  • Create paid social media campaigns, optimise and report on results
  • Monitor and engage with social audiences on a daily basis
  • Propose innovative campaigns to grow clients’ online presence, increasing engagement and brand loyalty
  • Define social media KPIs and manage monthly reports across all accounts, analysing data and building on strategy 
  • Lead in all client meetings, offer counsel and valuable insight
  • Remain up to date with current social media trends and industry insights
  • Design and create engaging content using platforms such as Canva and CapCut
  • Manage and oversee juniors, ensuring tasks are completed on time to the correct standard
  • Formulating business strategy in conjunction with other directors
  • Supporting with new business outreach, proposals and pitching 
  • Ability to work and collaborate with the wider PR team on campaigns and activations


The ideal Social Media Manager will have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the hospitality/food & drink industries
  • Experience in managing multiple social media accounts
  • Experience managing TikTok accounts, as well as Instagram, Linked In and Facebook
  • Experience with building brands on social channels and engaging with communities
  • Experience with Abobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) – preferred but not essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work with a variety of design tools and scheduling platforms
  • Highly creative and innovative, with the ability to create eye-catching content and clever campaigns across social channels
  • Organised, proactive with a can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong interest in and understanding of the social media and digital landscape, with a keen interest to stay on top of the industry’s newest trends
  • Passion for all things food, drink and hospitality
