Salary: Competitive bonus scheme

Location: Hybrid role with office base in Whitechapel, London. Some national travel required.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with our vision and long-term objectives. Drive innovation and establish external partnerships to enhance our reputation as a top UK home care provider
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. Implement operational frameworks to boost client satisfaction and profitability
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of care across all business units, ensuring we are always inspection-ready
  • Marketing and Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, develop effective marketing strategies, and oversee market research to inform decision-making
  • Leadership and Team Development: Foster a high-performing, inclusive culture
  • Mentor senior leaders and ensure team alignment with our service, quality, and financial goals
  • Financial Management: Develop financial strategies to maximise profitability. Lead the budget management cycle and report performance to the Board of Directors


Key Performance Indicators:


  • Achieve budgeted revenue and EBITDA targets.
  • Maintain CQC ratings of Outstanding.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for governance.
  • Foster a high-engagement, low-attrition team environment.
  • Align operating models across businesses to support core services.
  • Meet client and employee satisfaction targets.


Skills and experience:


  • Extensive experience in UK health and social care
  • Proven track record of leading and growing high-quality services
  • Strong strategic planning, organisational, and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrable experience in project management and programme control


Qualifications:


  • Relevant degree in business, healthcare management, or related field (MSc/MA level preferred)
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within health and social care
