About The Team

Legal, Risk, Compliance & Audit

Our Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams ensure we're doing business the right way. They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we're empowered to expand our horizons.

The Enterprise Operations Enablement team champions a risk-intelligent culture to achieve organisational objectives. Effectively balancing strong business growth with effective risk management is a critical aspect of our team’s role in finding a path forward, supporting the business and protecting our company and customers.

What You’ll Own

You will work closely with the Business to proactively identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report on fraudulent activity across our largest, Global Enterprise customers.

You’ll carry out daily monitoring of merchant activity completing end to end investigation of cases generated through our transaction monitoring system.

You will play a vital role within a Global team that supports merchant acquiring activities across our key regions including EMEA, LATAM, APAC and NA.

Where you’ll own it

You’ll own it in our Manchester City Centre based hub.

What You Bring

  • You have experience of transactional payment risk analysis in either fraud, credit or money laundering environments.
  • You enjoy working to agreed timelines.
  • You have strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Risk Management.
  • You can identify, manage and appropriately escalate issues and risks.
  • You are self-motivated and highly driven individual with strong influencing skills.
  • You have a strong practical understanding of the importance of a rigorous control environment.
  • You have attention to detail and diligence combined with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Curious – You ask the right questions, listening and learning to get better every day.
  • Accountable – You never stand still, never settle. You work at pace to achieve your goals.
