Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the needs of diverse students
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Foster students' reading and writing skills through various teaching methodologies
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' academic progress
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Proven experience teaching English in a primary or secondary school setting
Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with educational trends
