We are currently looking for an experience Human Resources Manager to join this up-scale hospitality brand.

Tasks

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract top talent for various hotel positions.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the hotel environment.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring open communication channels.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retain top talent.
• Implement performance appraisal systems to monitor, review, and enhance employee performance.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to support staff in achieving their professional goals.
• Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all staff are well-versed in hotel standards, procedures, and customer service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
