Job Purpose
Job Purpose Description:
Ensure 100% adherence to LOTOTO for jobs related to breakdowns, preventive and predictive maintenance.
Report and implement at least (12) safety and near-miss observations
Ensure the concerned area and Equipment house keeping
Ensure shift productivity as per plan
Ensure % of unplanned downtime within target
Ensure Product quality as per Hindalco Standard
Daily checklist of machine centers, forklift, cranes, and other Equipment.
Ensure adherence of all process parameters as per Hindalco Standard
Ensure 100% PM adherence and equipment reliability as per plan.
