Job Description
The ESS Analytics team is accelerating Experian’s impact by bringing together data, tech, and data science and build game-changing products and services for our customers. We are looking for a full-stack developer to support the development of our AI platform and products to serve the needs of Experian’s clients, including those in the financial services.
Our team is tackling key questions, like - How can we increase the rigor and scalability of our loan originations modeling approach? How can we tackle important issues in the lending space today like bias, fairness and explainable AI?

Role Accountabilities And Key Activities
You'll be responsible for developing our application interface used by both clients and internal users to build and deploy machine learning models.
You Will
Design and build full stack components of out analytics product platforms on AWS.
Contribute to building and developing GenAI product use cases and deliverables.
Collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams to expand the value of Analytics offerings.
Enhance the product to reduce the overall cost footprint while maximizing scalability and stability.
Maintain our culture of high-quality code and full CI/CD automation and deliver resilient enterprise software.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Experience with production software development in React.js.
Familiarity with scrum and agile processes.
Track record of attention to detail and constructive feedback with pull requests and code reviews.
Experience using NodeJS to create scalable rest APIs, NestJS experience preferred.
Python experience nice to have
Experience writing SQL queries
Experience using docker in development workflows not required but preferred.
Kubernetes and Helm experience is a plus.
Comfortable supporting troubleshooting and triage of production issues when needed.
Strong test writing discipline in standard development tools and processes
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of industry experience with object-oriented programming and asynchronous programming
Bachelors in computer science or related field.
