Senior Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Oracle Cloud Fusion Project Manager:

Key Skills: Oracle Fusion, AMS, Delivery Management

What you should have?

• Overall 15 plus years of experience in IT.
• 7 plus year's experience managing AMS of Oracle Fusion Projects with vast global footprint.
• Excellent communication abilities, well versed to communicate with Clients
• Should hold of 5-10 years’ experience in Oracle AMS projects exposure (Transition to Extension/ closure)
• Should be well versed with various tasks of AMS, and client coordination.
• PMI certification, Certification in CPIM or CSCP or in technical focus area is preferred.

What you will do?

• Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans
• Conduct transition meetings and document knowledge transfer
• Identify and mitigate transition risks
• Define project scope and objectives
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and calendars
• Monitor ServiceNow metrics and validate defect assignments
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Monitor and resolve infrastructure issues, maintain issue log
• Compile weekly status reports and represent in key meetings
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and client review meetings
• Monitor project budget and approve budget changes and shift claims
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through reviews
• Coordinate with client representatives and manage expectations
• Monitor system performance, oversee support activities, ensure SLA compliance, and prioritize support tickets

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in project/transition management
2. Strong understanding of ServiceNow and metrics monitoring
3. Excellent risk and issue management skills
4. Proficient in project budgeting and quality management
5. Strong client and stakeholder communication skills
