Manage customer service campaign for the respective regions through efferent training execution, tracking of progress and data management and handling store team wherever needed
Nurture in-house trainers and maintain an efficient trainers pools – deliver Train The Trainer certification quarterly
Drive the digital learning agenda of the organization through online assessment, digital certification, system driven learning data
Create content on relevant training topics as required or refresh the content when never required
Execution of training Key Process Trainings like to ensure process adherence
Facilitate Talent management initiative for the region
Spearhead induction plan across all levels, track and monitor, take necessary actions wherever needed
Contribute in creating a conducive culture of Ethics & Integrity where RPSG Core values are uphold
Timely submit L&D reports to Corporate L&D
