We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction of FAB / OSAT / semiconductor fabrication facilities. This role requires technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and a proven track record of managing the construction of multiple cleanroom facilities for semiconductor manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of FAB / OSAT / Semiconductor Fabrication projects from inception to completion.
MEP and CSA Construction Experience including Semiconductor R&D and/or HVM building, from investment plan, design, construction and operations.
Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to completion.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
Utilize technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements to guide project decisions
Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management strategies and contingency plans.
Provide technical guidance and support in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Supervise and mentor project managers and other team members.
Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
Semiconductor tool installation fit up and hook up experience a must.
Critical Knowledge required for this role :
Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes:
- In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, cleanroom protocols, photolithography, etching, and packaging.
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools, equipment, and machinery used in semiconductor production.
Cleanroom Design and Operations:
- Familiarity with cleanroom specifications, design principles, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems required for maintaining controlled environments.
- Expertise in managing cleanroom protocols and ensuring adherence to strict cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
Over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on construction management.
Demonstrated expertise in the construction and management of semiconductor fabrication facilities.
Proven track record of managing the construction of multiple cleanroom facilities for semiconductor manufacturers.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
