Job Description
I maintain and analyse strategic workforce planning data; providing accurate; informative; and consumable data using visual storytelling and visualisation tools such as reports and dashboards to support decision making. I work with subject matter experts to improve how we plan and manage our strategic workforce plans across the business.
Support the end-to-end Strategic Workforce Planning cycle from internal and external insight gathering to functional recommendations (particularly focused on gathering; interpreting and presenting data points in a visual; provoking and engaging way)
Gather OD data as required to support gap analysis work. Also supporting to gather supporting data points including recruitment (known hires); attrition rates (%) etc.
Use OrgVue Workforce Planning tool to input OD and supporting data for workforce gap analysis work
Support Strategic Workforce Planning Manager in the development of demand drivers and scenarios for OrgVue gap analysis as relevant
Complete external labour market analysis work using external tools such as LinkedIn Insights/TalentNeuron to generate a view of labour availability; quality; cost and external perception as required
Use external labour market data gathered to create info-graphic/insight engagement packs
Support with internal stakeholder insight surveys and insight engagement packs
Support with project tracking and reporting
Provide support to the broader Group OD team; particularly the Reporting Lead and Organisation Design Manager with areas including OD data integrity; broader analysis; and reporting
Driving CI culture; implementing CI projects and innovation for within the team
Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process; compliance and audit
Qualifications
Numeracy skills; Verbal and Written Communication skills; Adv Analytical ability; Logical Reasoning; Problem Solving; Eye to Detail
Adv MS Adv Excel; Adv SQL;
Data Visualization Tools (Microstrategy; Tableau; Orgvue etc)
Stakeholder Management; Project management
Experience in managing databases and numerical information; modeling and dashboard reporting; handling ad-hoc analysis and building visualisations and reporting to support business asks.
Change Management and Organisation Design knowledge preferred
