Aces Global Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, hiring, and employee relations. Qualifications And Skills
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR or related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to coordinate with clients and candidates
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on the progress
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions
- Update and maintain employee records in the HR database
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
