Qualifications And Skills
Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in HR or related field
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to coordinate with clients and candidates
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Roles And Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on the progress
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions
Update and maintain employee records in the HR database
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
