Financial Analyst

We are looking for MIS Lead-Invoicing for HYD location (Work from Office).

Job Location : Hyderabad

Exp Required : 5-8 Years (2-3 years with FP&A, MIS & Invoicing, Billing, Reconciliation & Payments)

05 days week-Both side transport

Important : Candidate should have good experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and MIS, Financial Reporting, Billing & Invoice Processing etc.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES :

Process and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner.

Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable records.

Research and resolve billing discrepancies.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoices and payments.

Prepare financial reports related to invoicing and accounts receivable.

Assist with month-end closing procedures.

Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting policies and procedures.

Identify and recommend improvements to streamline the invoicing process.

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Google Suite (preferred) and/or MS Office, including Word and Excel will be an added advantage

- Should be Results driven and capable of responding to customers enquiries where basic analysis and the provision of information is needed in order to resolve the issue, escalating where necessary

- Gains the trust of the customer through the provision of accurate and timely information and support services.

- Records all information accurately on appropriate systems.

- Responsible for spotting opportunities for service and process improvement and feeding suggestions to manager.

- Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to detail and producing quality results;

- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy;
