About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Risk team. You would lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next-generation financial platform & application in payments.
What You will do
Lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next-generation financial platform & application in payments.
Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap
Champion best design, development, and code quality practices in the engineering team
Hire a quality team to deliver a world-class product.
Set up and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team.
Qualifications
What you will need
6-8 years of B2C experience in software development & a good understanding of modern programming languages and cloud environments
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing, & building high-performance teams.
Proven track record of delivering high-performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment
Highly adept in technical domains, intellectually sharp, adept at strategic thinking, and relentlessly proactive.
Experience working with the mobile team
Good leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail
