" 10 years of QE experience mainly in automation testing.
" Experience in implementing QE standards & frameworks.
" Experience in QE transformation projects
" Experience in DevOps Testing Lead/Manage QE team members.
" Lead QE members on driving automation-first mindset
" Coach them to adopt Tosca /other Automation Frameworks governance & best practices.
" Coach them on shift-left and continuous testing.
" Support QE members in identifying and raising blockers to in-sprint automation.
" Support the QE transformation.
" Drive and share success stories emerging from the teams in the QE Coaching Program.
" Ensure the Coaching Checklist activities are updated and followed for each Squad.
