What You’ll Be Doing

As Consultant, Agile Digital Sales, you will lead the process of facilitating the co-creation of end-to-end Digital client experiences with our Partners. With a keen attention to detail and sense of accountability, you will work with the Senior Manager, Agile Digital Sales to execute assigned initiatives from CIBC’s Digital Direct Marketing campaigns, optimizations, A/B Testing & personalization plans while establishing & achieving aggressive digital sales and engagement targets focused on one or more of the following:

  • Acquisition Sales – new product open, existing product stimulation, cross channel sales lead referrals.
  • Product Engagement – changes to an existing product (ex. credit card limit increase)
  • Sales Leads – digital referral to agent assisted channel
  • Digital engagement – adoption and use of Digital channel

How You’ll Succeed

Work in an agile collaborative delivery method with peers, managers, dedicated delivery teams, and external stakeholders to execute assigned digital campaigns, tests, and personalization initiatives based on data driven insights:

  • Relationship building: Work closely and collaboratively with Marketing Communications and Digital Sales & Strategy teams to lead the planning and execution of Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Understand and pull from Digital Marketing best practices to develop the best client experiences possible, while ensure marketing campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting, Campaign Optimizations & Digital Firsts: Analyze reports and dashboards to provide timely recommendations to improve overall digital performance for assigned initiatives based on pre-defined digital marketing KPIs. Understand and implement optimization opportunities for in-market campaigns. Support the Senior Manager, Agile Digital Sales to manage assigned “test & learn” initiatives and pilot projects. Aggregate and share insights from all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Curious, innovative, and analytical in your approach. You obsess over understanding, documenting, and optimizing digital marketing and end to end journeys to improve client experience and campaign performance.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: You lead a cross functional team to plan, design, build and optimize marketing campaigns through to launch, with great attention to detail and ownership.
  • Strong Influencing and Presentation skills. Highly effective in setting context, simplifying data, storytelling, and recommendations to achieve partner buy-in. Utilizing both oral and written (PowerPoint) communications to effectively sell an idea to a wide variety of audiences, including leadership team.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: highly effective in leading any ad-hoc requests that arise during campaign development and deployment.
