Title: Workday Project Manage

Location: 105 W First St, Boston, MA 02127 – local only onsite from day 1 – 2-3 x per week

Duration: 6 – 8 months

Important Skills

Technical – 5 yrs Workday HCM project, manage delivery of end-to-end Workday HCM project

Soft – Strong communication

Interview Process: TBD, likely two rounds one with Manager and then with Team

Hours / Shift: 8:30-5 (1/2 hour lunch)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

2 COVID shots. Booster is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant Workday HCM experience
• 2 years of experience leading Workday HCM projects and workstreams
• Experience with leading end-to-end Workday HCM implementation project
• Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM Certified preferred – this is just preferred, not required
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to understand business processes & requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
