VP Creative

Our client, a leading full-service marketing agency for healthcare brands is in search for an VP Design to enhance and maximize the impact of design thinking within the healthcare advertising sector. In this position, you'll oversee a diverse design team specializing in branding, campaign creation, experience design, and production design.

• Position hybrid in NYC (3 days a week in office)
• Salary range of $175-225k

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and integrate all design elements to maintain a consistently high standard.
• Foster a team culture that prioritizes outstanding design and innovation.
• Set and uphold quality standards to elevate the agency's creative output.
• Enhance our design processes to stay ahead of market trends.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure project priorities align with creative and strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

• More than ten years of design experience, including leadership positions, ideally within a design studio or agency setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional design projects.
• Proficient in branding, digital/print design, user experience, and production processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
