The role of SUBROGATION CLAIM ASSISTANT is an onsite support role with daily inter-action with the Technical Recovery Team members, who provide a constant source of training and development and growth opportunities.

The role of SUBROGATION CLAIM ASSISTANT is an onsite support role with daily inter-action with the Technical Recovery Team members, who provide a constant source of training and development and growth opportunities.
Primary Duties include but are not limited to:
- Support the Recovery Team efforts with specific tasked investigation
- Phone contact to obtain information from policyholders, adverse third parties, and insurance carriers
- Data entry of information obtained,
- File creation
- Downloading documents from client claim platform
- Requesting police and fire reports
- Ordering plate checks and all other support documentation requested by the Recovery Team
- Superior organization skills
- Strong oral and written communication
- Excellent computer skills
- Minimum of 1-year working in a claims support position, or in an insurance Agency CSR role together with a good understanding of insurance terminologies
- $18.00 - $22.00 depending on experience
- In Office (Bohemia, Long Island, NY)
- Full-Time (M-Th, 7:45am-5:00pm – Fri 7:45am-3:00pm)
- This is a full-time hourly opportunity; however, considerations may be made for qualified candidates able to work part-time during business hours
