We work with top-tier companies across different sectors and we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be expected to build and manage a large portfolio of prospective clients where you will be responsible for understanding the client's needs, presenting our services, and managing complex negotiations. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team in a market with continued sales momentum. This role will work closely with the Head of B2B Sales and with our Partner’s (supply side) teams.
Leverage existing network of contacts to identify and prospect potential clients that meet the target audience criteria.
Generate new business opportunities and close deals with potential clients.
Clearly identify key influencers and decision-makers at target accounts and be relentlessly focused on positively engaging these stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a long-lasting partnership.
Continuously develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential corporate clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic, and coachable
Build working relationships with other teams to continually improve your product and market knowledge
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
About You:
6 years of experience in B2B sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
An entrepreneurial can-do attitude
A self-starter and comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first time
Ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions
Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials
