VP Of Operations Requirements And Responsibilities
8-10 years of proven experience in senior operations management in a full-service restaurant chain with a track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills - the ability to inspire and motivate
Analytical mindset to analyze data and KPIs to make informed decisions, enhancing efficiency and profitability
Ability to travel 75-80% of the time for concept growth and new openings
Strong financial acumen to oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
Collaborate with executive team members to develop and execute growth strategies (new openings and market expansion)
