Position: Partner

This is a contract remote role for a Partner within our financial institution. The Partner will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with LemVega and its clients. The Partner will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors to increase AUM and raise capital for our funds.

• Develop and implement strategies for business growth, client acquisition, and market penetration.

• Play a leading role in strategic decision-making and operations as part of the leadership team.

• Utilize your strong business development skills to identify and seize new opportunities.

• Oversee the marketing strategy, enhancing our brand recognition and reputation in the investment community.

• Collaborate with other partners and team members to align financial and business strategies.

• Represent LemVega Capital at industry events, conferences, and other networking venues.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in investment management, with a proven track record of raising capital and business development.

• Strong existing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

• Demonstrated ability in business development, finance, and marketing within the investment sector.

• Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with the capability to make decisions that affect the firm’s success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.

• Experience in international banking and proficiency in languages other than English are highly desirable qualifications.

• Thorough understanding of financial markets and regulations.
