About the Role: As a paralegal, you'll handle tasks related to judgment collections, foreclosure, and bankruptcy proceedings. You'll work with liens, court dockets, pleadings, motions, affidavits, and real estate documents like title work and deeds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer correspondence and phone calls.
• Format, revise, and finalize correspondence.
• Data entry in practice management software
• Help with document preparation and team projects.
• File pleadings, motions, and affidavits on time.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent personal skills and outstanding communication.
• Availability weekdays 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends.
• Strong math and accounting skills.
• Demonstrated dedication and hard work in prior roles.
• High school diploma with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of tasks.

In office position – Monday through Friday

Accordingly, we devote a tremendous amount of time and energy to litigation prevention through board member communication and education. We believe that our primary responsibility is to help keep our community association clients out of legal trouble.
