Technical skillsets: Strong project management, technical documentation competencies, report writing, package design & prototyping, cross-functional partnership & collaborative. SME level understanding of pharmaceutical packaging development and package performance testing.
Day-to-day duties may consist of direct client consultations, design reviews, Root Cause Analysis, calls with package testing vendors, cross-collaboration with team to execute necessary tests, and assistance with developing new hire training materials for the Test Services program.
Close collaboration with onsite Package Design and Engineering teams to help onboard new client projects and support with various package performance testing services.
Assist in the planning and deployment of new onsite Package Testing Lab to enhance packaging performance feasibility testing capabilities.
