Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of employees across various departments.

- Monitor and track employee performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team goals are met.

- Implement strategies to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

- Conduct performance evaluations and initiate disciplinary actions when necessary, including terminations.

- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational goals and objectives.

- Analyze operational processes and implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce costs.

- Prepare monthly performance reports on operational metrics and progress towards goals for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve operational processes.

- Experience in budget planning and financial management.

- Proficiency in project management and strategic planning.
