Provides direct referral, resource, and/or education to LGBTQ individuals and families having social, emotional, and/or relationship concerns at Time Out Youth.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide mental health services to LGBTQ individuals, ages 13 to 24, through individual, couples, and family counselingDevelop and facilitate therapeutic groupsDocument, track, and monitor participant utilization for grants, funders, and organizational reporting through note writing and data trackingParticipate in various community events and collaborative committeesPosition RequirementsMaster’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work; preferably from an accredited programNC licensure: LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), Psychological Associate, or LCSW(A)Deep understanding and knowledge of LGBTQ issues and racial equity, particularly related to gender identity and expressionEnergetic self-starter, active problem solver, and team playerExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide range of peoplePosition Schedule:Monday to FridayOptional hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remoteJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $55,000.00 per year*A signing bonus of $1,500 will be offered upon hiring for this position.
