Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Manager, Security Services. This role will be pivotal in establishing and growing our physical security services. The successful candidate will oversee access control and surveillance projects, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and providing top-notch security solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage security services, including access control and surveillance systems.
• Lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of security equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to physical security.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend security improvements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Train and supervise a team of security technicians.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage budgets for security projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in physical security.
• Report regularly to the Chief of Staff on project progress and any issues.
• Performing other tasks as requested by company management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security, including access control and surveillance.
• Ability to pass the required state exams for security professionals within 45 days of employment.
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal security regulations.
• Proven experience in managing security projects and teams.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve security system issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass the required state exams for security professionals within 45 days of employment.
