The Environmental Services Manager is responsible for the Silver Birch facility including maintenance, housekeeping, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that the community is in overall exceptional condition. The Environmental Services Manager manages the Housekeeping and Maintenance department, including hiring, scheduling, and managing day-to-day performance. What we’re looking for:
Two (2) or more years of experience with facilities maintenance
One (1) or more years of direct supervisory experience
Senior Living experience, preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and carry an active auto insurance policy
Ability to work flexible shifts including an on-call rotation
Strong customer service orientation
