JOB ROLE: Learning Partner

LOCATION: Atlanta office - Hybrid working model, attendance in the office is expected at least 2 days a week.

REPORTING TO: Chief People Success Officer

Role Overview

We seek a dynamic, creative talent development professional who is dedicated to building innovative workplace learning solutions and is driven by their passion for the science of learning and art of developing people to be successful and engaged in their work.

The Learning Partner sits on the People Success team and develops, maintains, and delivers training media, materials, programs, and systems to support growth, change, and learning initiatives at CMSPI.  You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of learning that fosters skill development, knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and improved performance of our talented global team. Your focus will be on facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences that align with our company's objectives, across our 5 global offices.

The key focus areas include:

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts in the business to learn core skills and objectives required by roles across the business to understand key required skills and drivers of performance and create learning materials to develop prioritized skills.
  • Establish relationships with business partners to stay aligned, forecast learning needs, and recommend learning and development solutions.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to successfully onboard new hires with individualized, comprehensive new hire learning plans.
  • Create and maintain a practical, user friendly internal knowledge base containing updated industry and market knowledge and skill development collateral developed by and with subject matter experts.
  • Work closely with and gain buy-in from cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Insights, Data, and others to reinforce learning related to products, processes, tools and go-to market strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design learning journeys tailored to members at different career stages.
  • Ensure development experiences are well-structured and engaging.
  • Focus on impact measurement via learning program data collection and analysis (i.e., surveys, assessments, certification, etc.)
  • Create, manage, and re-version learning materials and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Review training content for accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with established learning outcomes.


Requirements

You are a great match if...

  • You have a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least five years' broad experience in L&D with proven experience designing interactive and impactful development programs and comprehensive learning journeys.
  • A background in instructional design would be highly desirable, to have the ability to write training content that is highly engaging and focused on improving the effectiveness of learning outcomes.
  • Experience working in or building a skills-based environment is a plus.
  • Strong experience with effective, proven internal knowledge base management and knowledge sharing tools. E.g. SharePoint, Microsoft Teams etc.
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourcefulness is highly valued within the team and will be needed often.
  • Relishes autonomy in role and taking accountability for projects seeing them through to completion.
  • Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly and flexibility to align learning goals with business goals, as business evolves.
  • Service orientation and exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels.
