The Opportunity
As an Instructional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting partner schools nationwide to achieve exceptional instructional quality through effective professional development and coaching. This position offers a unique opportunity for educational leaders experienced in secondary math education to contribute to our mission of closing the opportunity gap.
What You'll Do
School-Based Support
Set strategic visions for instructional quality and implementation of curriculum in assigned school partnerships
Ensure delivery of high-impact instructional management plans, professional development, and coaching services to teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders
Monitor progress through onsite coaching, data analysis, and stakeholder meetings
Foster alignment among teams to enhance instructional tools and practices
Additional Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality professional development sessions for a national audience

Qualifications
3 years of K-12 leadership experience (assistant principal, principal, district level)
3 years teaching, coaching, or leading in secondary math
Strong knowledge of English Language Arts or Mathematics, with preference for related degree
Exceptional writing and communication abilities
Experience With Multilingual And Diverse Learner Populations Preferred
Familiarity with Common Core State Standards desirable
