This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 8:20am to 6pm & Saturdays 8am-12pm - No remote options

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Specialist position is primarily responsible for following up on warm leads who engage in Elena Cardone’s products and to convert them into customers. You will

reach out to prior and potential clients to increase participation with events and product subscriptions.

What We Expect From You

• Previous experience in inside/outside sales
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet daily call volume targets (300 calls/day)
• Willingness to be in office M-F 8:20am- 6pm and Sat 8:20am -1pm
• Excitement to attend weekend events and workshops 1-2 times per month
• Represent the 10X Culture consistently and overdeliver for client needs.
