Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative provides service and support to customers and the outside sales team. Building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, this individual will research the market for competitive pricing information and create reports to summarize pricing. The Inside Sales Representative may make recommendations on next steps.

The Inside Sales Representative provides service and support to customers and the outside sales team. Responsibilitie
- Provides support to customers and outside sales team, address product issues and errors, identifies solutions and recommends action to ensure customer satisfaction. (35%)
- Uses research and tools to calculate pricing quotations that reflect project and customer requirements as well as project specifications. (30%)
- Researches market for competitive pricing information; creates reports to summarize pricing. May make recommendations on next steps. (30%)
- Contacts customers after the sale to provide ongoing service and support and to resolve problems. (5%)
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor or University degree
- One to two years of experience in Inside Sales
- Familiarity with manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
