HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR AT A GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM

Base Salary is $52K to $85K (based upon candidate and experience); and Paid OT (if worked)

Global FinTech Firm is looking for a bright, resourceful, and meticulous individual to join its Human Resources Team as a Coordinator. You will be considered for one of several teams within Human Resources, including Recruiting, Talent Assessment & Performance, Learning & Development, and People Operations, where you will play a key role as part of an inclusive, dynamic, and engaging working environment. A high performer in this role may have the opportunity to be considered for full-time employment at the firm.

This role is great for a recent college graduate, artist, writer, or someone out of “the arts” that would like to work full-time while supporting their craft.

We have returned to the office in a hybrid model where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Zero to Two (0-2) years of professional experience.
  • Human Resources experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a role involving Multitasking and Problem-solving in a Fast-paced Environment is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated Attention to Detail and Project Execution skills are highly preferred.
  • Well-developed Communication Skills and the Ability to Learn Quickly are essential.
  • Individuals with an affinity for client service and an eye for improving processes, as well as a willingness to dive into tasks both big and small, will excel in this role.
  • Successful candidates will be able to exercise the utmost discretion while handling confidential information and excel at working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities Overview

Coordinators play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our teams and help the firm achieve its ambitious Human Resources goals. Though specific responsibilities will vary depending on the team you join, you will be responsible for a range of logistical, data management, and scheduling tasks, and you will interact with colleagues across the firm.
