Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Flight Operations Assistant at V2 Jets located in Palm Beach, FL. The Flight Operations Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, analytical tasks, assisting the CEO and Executive Assistant with flight services (Catering, Ground Transportation, etc) and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. Customer service plays a crucial role in this position, ensuring a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
