Job Description

The Field Service Support position assists Territory Managers/Account Executives. Provides for increased territory efficiency allowing the TMs to work more effectively, with added focus on prospecting, new client set-up and pull through, and maintenance of their top clients. May also assist in the efforts of the Health Care Solutions team when needed. This is an inside, entry level sales position.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Point person for multi-department problem solving (client services, billing, courier etc.). One call from the TM or client to track down or handle more complex situations.
  • Recognizes and demonstrates Diatherix’s complete commitment to customer satisfaction by providing prompt resolutions of customer problems or concerns; understands and upholds the Diatherix quality policy and compliance guidelines.
  • Create and manage the Welcome Program
    • 4 week process to follow up directly with the client after new client set up form received
  • Utilize reports and communicate to the TM bi-weekly
    • Identifying new panel expansion opportunities; list by TM with client ID and physician name by panel type
  • Rapidly identify and communicate negative client patterns such as lapsing or other panel type pattern changes
  • Identify and communicate unique tools to help increase knowledge and business ideas (ex: weather.com with cold/flu)
    • Regularly re-communicate tools and ideas to support daily business
  • Assist in gathering information from the field or feedback for current panels or for new panel development
    • Coordinate and manage physician questionnaires for R&D or other initiatives (ex: EAP)
  • Coordinate specific client requests for business review or other more complex needs (billing, payers)
  • Manage lead sheet to deploy to the appropriate individual and update results regularly
  • Coordinate client visits into Huntsville (attendees, room, lunch, agenda)
  • Lead generation within TM territories, specifically virgin territories to help accelerate growth
  • May help in maintaining sales page on CRM and with the updates for sales tools on the website
  • Assists with vacant territories and territories open due to TM/AE on leave

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.

Education/Experience (BMQ)

  • High School or GED, Associates preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a team setting.
  • Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in the outpatient physician market a plus.


Ability And/or Skills (BMQ)

  • Must have a positive, winning attitude and the desire for continuous improvement.
  • Microsoft Office Suite is required.


Additional Information

Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, overtime, as needed. Candidates currently living within commutable distance to Hunstville, AL are encouraged to apply.
