Leads and coordinates all aspects of housekeeping and laundry services, driving exceptional guest and team member satisfaction to deliver unparalleled 1 service. Champions a culture of quality excellence across guest rooms, laundry, public areas, meeting spaces, and departmental areas. Empowers and fosters a team dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, service, and hospitality for guests, colleagues, and customers.
- Cleaning Expertise: Thorough knowledge of guest room cleaning methods and laundry service operation.
- Chemical Safety: Knowledge of proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals
- Equipment Operation: Understanding of equipment like vacuums, commercial washers, and dryers.
- Leadership: Ability to lead the Housekeeping team to achieve exceptional quality, cleanliness, and surpass Drury standards.
- Communication: Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Travel: May require some travel.
