We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as the Director of Business Operations. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation and financial management of assigned units. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President of Business Operations, you will provide strategic leadership to foster fiscal integrity across the organization.
Financial Management And Control
Establish and implement effective financial controls and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
Provide leadership and training to department heads in budget preparation and management.
Act as a liaison to obtain timely and accurate financial information.
Operations And Service Delivery
Manage and guide business operations for assigned units, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Develop requests for proposals, assess contracts, and oversee vendor partnerships to ensure quality service and compliance.
Reporting And Performance Monitoring
Design and distribute reports summarizing financial, student, employee, and academic data and metrics.
Review financial statements and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
Training And Support
Provide training and ongoing support to stakeholders on financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Five (5) years of administrative and financial management experience in a complex organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or MBA.
Expertise in financial analysis, budget formation, and business planning.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Compensation And Benefits
Base compensation ranging from $115,000 to $135,000.
