This position is hybrid and requires at least 1 day a week on-site in Monks Corner, SC and 2-3 days on-site in St. George, SC. This cadence may vary and could be subject to change based on client need.

Unlock Your Potential: Qualifications for Success


  • 5 years cost management / estimating experience on large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience working for a General Contractor, Sub-Contractor preferred; and experience in construction estimating required.
  • Equivalent experience in Project Management or pre-construction on large projects will be considered.
  • Prior position in a junior/intermediate estimating role.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in a construction related discipline is preferred.
  • Ability to lead projects and write complex business documents, such as reports, papers, detailed letters and emails.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with BIM and CostX, On-Screen, or equivalent construction quantity survey software is preferred.


What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll love it)


  • Collaborate with the Project Controls Group to ensure funding allocations are aligned with updated cost commitment schedules.
  • Lead and report Cost status, Cashflow Forecasting, accruals, variance analysis and update all relevant systems with the required data. Provide for all regional and program level reporting processes.
  • Support development of Term Sheets and supporting needs to request funding.
  • Ensure GC adherence to the Contract commercial provisions and related Cost specification and/or Project Manual.
  • Determine the funding source for all change requests and provide guidance to the on-site project team prior to workflow approvals in the relevant systems.
  • Provide cost and schedule review support for reviewing, negotiating and formalizing change orders.
  • Ensure the estimated cost at completion and the project schedule are updated to capture risks or opportunities as per required cadences.
  • Communicate regional risks and opportunities that have cost and schedule implications across projects in the region for action. Clearly document inclusions and exclusions.
  • All other related duties as assigned.

$120 - $175 a year


  • Salary advertised is a broad base and is dependent upon various factors such as, experience, expertise, and location. This salary base does not include the full compensation package, which could include bonus, 401k (8% matching btw) and other benefits**
