Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Develop and enforce company-wide revenue, sales, and marketing standards.
Create and implement processes to evaluate the effectiveness of all commercial strategies and tactics.
Establish controls to ensure all strategies align with the company’s commercial guiding principles and EOS ethos.
Collaborate with other commercial leaders to design and implement controls for monitoring the execution of strategies across all hotels and commercial functions.
Work with other commercial leaders to develop and enforce compliance with SOPs.
Provide direct leadership to all cross-functional commercial specialists, including the commercial systems and analytics managers.
Assess the outcomes of each commercial strategy and tactic, proposing alternative solutions when necessary.
Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of each commercial strategy and tactic.
Act as a Chief of Staff for the CCO, performing any additional duties and tasks as assigned
Position Requirements
Previous director experience in the hospitality industry in the Revenue and/or Sales field.
Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Understanding of database, workflow, and project management key.
Great presentation and ability to collaborate with other senior commercial leaders.
Expert knowledge of Opera Cloud, Duetto, SynXis, Lighthouse, Delphi preferred.
Must be highly analytical and process oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and work in a group setting.
Annual salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $155,000.
