CLOSING COORDINATOR

Job Summary

As a Closing Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the successful closing of our homes with their home buyer. You will work with our Division teams and lending partners daily to monitor production schedules and coordinate closing processes. The most rewarding part of this role is that your ability to execute processes accurately leads to a seamless and enjoyable closing process for our customers.

These Skills Will Be Used To

• Contribute to the organization's profitability through the prompt completion of assigned tasks, including filing, data entry, scheduling of closings and preparing closing paperwork, taking documents to the attorney's office, and paperwork to the mortgage and title companies for closings.
• Obtain deeds, mortgages, mortgage releases, and enters recording information into the database.
• Ensures that the closing process is as pleasant and effective as possible for the customer as well as the Title Company and Attorneys by professionally representing Fischer Homes.
• Ensures that customer files are complete, all documents are properly executed and organized.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree.
