Client Liaison Officer

About Us: Premier Health Group is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to veterans, helping them navigate the complexities of their benefits and access the support they need. We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Veterans Advocate to join our team and further our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Beachside Behavioral Health services through community outreach and engagement.
• Conduct visits to various locations to connect with veterans and veteran organizations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and affiliated entities.
• Collaborate with local and national VA entities to enhance service delivery.
• Organize and conduct meetings with veterans and VA representatives.
• Deliver presentations to educate decision-makers about Beachside Behavioral Health services and programs.
• Educate VA entities and community partners about the services offered by Beachside Behavioral Health.
• Inform veterans about their rights, benefits, and available resources, including housing, medical care, and service connections.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with veterans or within veteran-focused organizations.
• Strong understanding of the unique challenges and needs of the veteran community.
• In-depth knowledge of veteran benefits, claims processes, and available resources such as housing, medical services, and service connections.
• Ability to navigate and explain complex benefit systems to veterans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences, including veterans, VA representatives, and community partners.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with various decision-makers.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to advocacy and support.
