The Business Intelligence Analyst will sit between the technical and business sides of the company. Expect to work in a highly collaborative environment, interacting with senior business leaders, along with other data professionals. This individual will require strong analytical skills as well as a sound understanding of technology, keen business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit to execute. They will also serve as a liaison between the technical and non-technical teams by assisting in overall automation, process improvement, and analytics. Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
Provide ad hoc analytical support to “customers”, such as SLT and other stakeholders.
Execute Parker’s strategic vision for analytics platforms, aligning it with business objectives and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights effectively.
Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and user-friendly.
Actively utilize BI tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Implement and maintain automated reporting processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
Identify, collect, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns across the business in complex data sets and present findings to management by organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures.
Perform routine data reporting, ad hoc data analysis, and model data to determine root cause and/or project what-if scenarios.
Support/co-lead the business-side on small to medium-scale projects during key phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, review/approval, and testing.
Support/co-lead the development and enhancement of business intelligence tools and processes that increase efficiencies, support strategic projects and objectives, and enable better decisions.
Complete regular updates to standard operating procedures (SOP) documentation for this position, write well-structured business requirements, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with different departmental teams to improve productivity
Assist with project management for various selected projects
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Excellent with MS Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
Required
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years analytics experience.
Familiarity with statistical models.
Analytics best practices.
Passion for business and data.
Customer focused mentality with a desire to succeed.
Preferred
Experience in Retail, Restaurant, and/or C-Store.
